Individual therapy sessions are between 50 and 60 minutes in duration. Session frequency can vary over the treatment period, depending on the specific therapy goal and the progression of treatment.

Please see below for details of the modalities that inform my practice.

Fee: $160/session.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

One of the modalities I use to assist my clients is EMDR; a widely researched treatment that helps people heal from impacts of past experiences. When something painful, unexpected or out of our control happens in our lives I may experience the impacts for years to come. Trauma comes in all different shapes and sizes and sometimes shifts the way I experience life. EMDR can help reduce these impacts and distressing symptoms, and uncover inner resources and strengths so you can get back to living the life you want to live.
