I love helping individuals get relief from the weight of stress and mental health struggles. I have a wealth of experience working with individuals struggling with mood disorders, suicidal thoughts, and who use self-harming coping strategies. I have unique expertise working with teenagers with complex trauma.

Individual Therapy for Adults and Teens
I provide in-person and virtual services. Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes in duration. Longer sessions can be arranged if desired. Session frequency can vary over the treatment period, depending on the specific therapy goal and the progression of treatment.
Trauma Focused Therapy
Trauma Focused Therapy recognizes and emphasizes understanding how trauma impacts an individuals mental, behavioural, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This type of therapy is rooted in understanding the connection between the trauma experience and the individuals emotional and behavioural responses.
